What we collect

When you take the assessment: your answers, the contact details you enter (name, business, email, phone if given), and standard technical events (pages visited, assessment started/completed, report viewed) tied to a random session identifier. When you book a first fix: your chosen slot and contact details. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — they never touch our servers.

What we do with it

Produce your report, deliver the services you asked for, and follow up with you about your results if you consented to that. Report narratives are generated by sending your answers and scores to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. That's the list.

What we never do

We don't sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to third-party lists. Assessment data is about your business operations — we ask for no patient information and want none.

Text messages

If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, we may follow up by text about your results. Consent is not a condition of receiving your report, and STOP ends texts at any time.

Retention and requests

We keep assessment and booking records while they're useful for serving you and for our own bookkeeping. Email meschelle@aisostudio.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we'll do so unless a payment record legally has to stay.
