Who's behind this
A measurement habit, turned into a service.
Missed Leads 63 is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop. The house rule that runs this service: numbers verified at the source, or they don't get asserted.
Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local practices and service businesses. The founder spent years in the back offices of small businesses — the places where the gap between what owners believe and what the records show gets settled — and carried one conviction out of that work: most operational advice fails because nobody measured first.
This service exists because we kept finding the same leak while doing other work. Building attribution dashboards for practices, we'd trace leads from first contact to closed procedure — and the pattern that fell out wasn't about marketing at all. Leads arriving outside staffed hours quietly died at triple the rate of business-hours leads, and once anything got booked, the after-hours leads closed better. The problem wasn't lead quality or ad spend. It was response coverage, and nobody had a number for it.
What we can show you
- Measured findings from live practice work. The statistics on this site — 29.7% vs 10.9% to step one, 67% vs 59% after booking, the Friday-afternoon dead zone — come from thirteen months of a real specialty practice's records, measured in an engagement we still operate. Anonymized because that's their data; real because we did the measuring.
- A working demonstration. We keep a full demo of our attribution and response dashboards, built on realistic fictional data. Email us and we'll send a walkthrough link — it's the fastest way to see how we think about measurement.
- This site's own machinery. The assessment, scoring, report and booking you'll use are systems we built and run ourselves — the same class of machinery we build for clients. Try the assessment; you're test-driving the workmanship.
The rules we work by
- Estimates are labeled estimates. Your report says which numbers came from your answers and which were measured. The distinction is the product.
- Prices are published. $500 first fix, full builds from $2,500. If a price has to be a secret until a call, the call is a trap.
- No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo "team," no industry statistics we can't source. When we don't have a number, we say so.
- The AI is named. Report narratives are written by Claude, an AI model, from your answers — stated in every report footer, because claiming otherwise would be a lie and hiding it would be a smaller one.
Response Coverage is the first of a family of measured-fix services operated by Code63 Labs — each aimed at one specific leak local businesses know by symptom. Questions, walkthroughs, or just checking we're real: meschelle@aisostudio.com.
